ALADIN HAS MORE THAN 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PRIVATE EQUITY, HE JOINED THE TEAM IN 2021 AS BUSINESS AFFAIRS MANAGER.

Before joining the team, Aladin practiced as a lawyer (avocat) at top-tier international law firms where he has been involved in numerous acquisition (LBO) and financial restructuring transactions.

Aladin graduated from the University of Toulouse law school (Master’s degree in business law) and from the University of Montpellier law school (Certificate of advanced studies in Tax law). Aladin also holds the Paris bar examination certificate (Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat) and an Advanced Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
